Once you have placed an order, an invoice will be emailed to you within 24-48 hours. Please check the details carefully. There will be payment instructions on the invoice, together with address for collection (if this was selected).

As our cookies are made-to-order, depending on the quantity, please allow at least 3-5 days for them to be ready. If you are ordering ahead of time and would like them delivered by a particular date, let us know when checking out in the special instructions box and we will get your order to you by then.

Yes you can cancel up to 5 days before the day the cookies are ready. Please send us a message immediately to let us know. After this date, only 50% will be refunded due to the cost of ingredients and utilities that is involved with the preparation. We appreciate your understanding.

Kindly ensure that your delivery address is accurate. Once the order has been shipped, we are unable to modify the delivery or post address. If the cookies are being sent to a business address, please ensure that the business name is included. Please be aware that we do not deliver to PO box addresses. Your understanding is appreciated.

We offer FREE local pickup from Croydon Park NSW 2133 or Bankstown NSW 2200 (by arrangement) with a minimum spend of $30. You can choose this option when checking out. We will send you an e-mail / SMS at least 24 hours before your selected time slot with address and details.

Please note that on the Checkout page, there is a nominal $1 delivery fee, but this will be calculated and adjusted before the invoice is emailed to you for payment, in accordance with the following rates: Free delivery with a minimum spend of $40 to the following postcodes: 2130 - 2136, 2191 - 2194 $5 delivery fee with a minimum spend of $40 to the following postcodes: 2137 – 2140, 2196 – 2200, 2203 – 2204, 2206 – 2209, 2216 – 2218, 2220 $10 delivery fee with a minimum spend of $40 for some other delivery areas in Sydney. As our business grows we will be able to expand the delivery zones. For now, we can post your cookies via Australia Post for $15 to those suburbs not listed above. These fees do not include cake orders where there is a special fee provided upon request and only by arrangement.

Yes, we can gift box the cookies for an additional $2. Each standard gift box can hold up to 4 cookies. Please send us a message if you'd like a special/larger gift box.

Yes, a handwritten notecard to the recipient can be added for an additional $1.

Fresh is best, so eat them earlier rather than later! Cookies can be kept at room temperature for up to 4 weeks. There is no need to refrigerate. The shelf-life of the cakes and baked treats vary.

Please make sure you are certain before placing your order as we strictly do not offer refunds as most of the cost is in the ingredients and utilities. But if you are not satisfied, please contact us immediately and we will do our best to resolve your issue.

We take extra care in packaging your cookies, however they are out of our hands during transit so we regrettably cannot take responsibility for any damages after they have left our premises and cannot offer a refund for this issue. We truly recommend you order extra cookies to avoid disappointment.

We strictly do not offer refunds however if you are really not satisfied, cookies can be returned within 7 days (at the sender's expense) from the date of delivery for a 50% refund. Once we have checked that the cookies are still in an unopened and sealed condition, a refund of 50% will be transferred (as the balance has gone into the ingredients and utilities). Refunds cannot be processed for shipping delays or change of mind.
